Learn Outlook Express is an email tutorial I wrote a few years ago. As the owner of a thriving computer repair business I noticed so many of my clients only had a sketchy understanding of email in general. In some cases we had clients coming in to buy their first computer so everything was new. Then we had older generation clients who found their memories weren’t serving them as well as when they were younger. I wrote these tutorials with the complete newbie in mind!

Backup My Documents To A CD or DVD
I take you step by step backing up your My Documents folder to a CD or DVD. There are three videos in this series. Again, so many of our computer workshop clients haven’t been sure how to use burning software. I use “Nero” which is a popular CD/DVD burning program. Even if you are using a different burning program to Nero, you can still watch this tutorial and adapt the steps to your burning software.
I also show you how to use the Windows Burning software in Windows XP to backup as well. These tutorials are now live and you can watch them by clicking on the link below.
How To Backup And Restore Outlook Express
This tutorial follows on from the Backup My Documents tutorial. I take you through step by step backing up your email account settings, Outlook Express .dbx files and address book. I also show you how to restore that information if you’ve had your computer operating system reloaded.
